Oddly, I went out to my R1T this morning and nothing was working, just like everyone else. But got in my wife’s R1S, everything seemed to be working fine. We also got the email confirming payment for both vehicles.

8/22 delivery, VIN 92XX, no email yet. We also have an R1S 12/23 delivery, VIN 30XXX. Wonder if the newer VIN on the account is messing us up? I’ve opted in for both, but no indication of shipment yet.

1000% yes. Also bought DM R1S and love it. Hoping that the refresh rumor is true and I’ll probably be upgrading almost 2 year “old” R1T. Only thing I’d do different is go DM because QM (although awesome) is overkill for me.

This is interesting to hear. I also have a powered tonneau that has worked flawlessly for almost 2 years. I was told by service over the phone and by a service tech that they will only replace the original PTC if it fails. How did you pull this off?

I can vouch for the above post. Had an issue with rust on my R1T running boards. Simply sent in some photos and, within 2 days, EV Sportline has initiated a no-cost warranty replacement. In my opinion, all you can ask for in this case. Thanks @EV Sportline
