The Scout's current software UI certainly looks/feels much like Rivian software: 1st look at Infotainment Software UI -- Modes (Pet Mode, Camp Mode, Night Mode), Rear View Camera, 360 Degree Cameras, Range Extender On/Off And I doubt they're gonna overhaul that for the production Scouts.

So it should compete with Rivian R1T and R1S directly then. 🥊 Just hope the Scout EV SUV doesn't look as non-rugged as the Jeep Wagoneer S EV.

I would think VW would inject some more cash to bridge the gap to R2 production if Rivian was actually about to go under. They're relying on Rivian software for their future EVs afterall.
