Because I see the badlands jack in this photo, I figured I'd mention I have my jack installed this mount inside the gear tunnel and it doesn't move around at all.

They did, but the invoice doesn't say anything about what went wrong. Just says they swapped the 12V.

Update: Rivian was able to get me the truck back the next afternoon thankfully. It did take me pestering the service center to get them to prioritize fixing the issue, however. Still haven't gotten a good description of what went wrong after repeated asks.

I would gladly wait a few extra weeks to see a meaningful improvement in efficiency.

Asked GFC for an update yesterday as I was originally expecting to get this installed in August: No we are not on schedule to do any installs next month. I also cannot give you a clear time line update. We are not ready and we do not have a final price for the Camper/Toppers.

Two weeks ago, my truck started showing the "Replace 12V Battery" warning. I checked the voltage in the RiDE menu and everything looked normal (13-14V). I've been playing in the app looking at the grades. They generally don't seem that meaningful. I can't seem to find anything lower than a "B" including chargers I have repeatedly witnessed failures at. What does seem meaningful is the "average top speed" as an indicator of success. For example...

To add to the prioritization debate: I think they should prioritize folks based on the number of DCFC kWhs added over your vehicle lifetime. Those are the folks who would benefit the most and those who have felt the most public charger pain!
