If you're dealing with all of these things at once, EV is probably not practical for you.
Dedicated snow tires on any of the rim sizes will be better than any of the standard tires that come with the Rivian. Finding snows for the 21" will be challenging at best.

I would love for this to be true, but it doesn't make any sense. These trucks could be on a transport for any number of reasons (heading to a demo drive location, media, whatever).
Shipping 2 trucks at a time out to customers, unprotected on the back of a hauler, makes no logistical sense.
I will never understand why people insist on crawling through the gear tunnel and lying down all contorted in the frunk. I legit just don't get the appeal.
I've never had the urge to get into my normal trunk and lie down.
