Yeah, it is definitely not a highlighted content on the R1T homepage :D The 'RIVIAN' letters on your front doors and the 'R1T" on your tailgate should be without yellow outline. If I recall correctly your frunk hood badge has the outline. Quad motor versions have all the letters outlined as well.

Did you get a Dual Motor by any chance? Those come with silver calipers. Only Quad motor versions come with yellow calipers (and yellow outline for the badges)

My only concern would be that if the fingerprint reader runs from its own battery (not from the speaker connectors at the back) then what happens when the battery runs out? Will it stuck to normal open position or normal close? if the latter how do you open it without the fingerprint reader...

Since covid hit EVERY OEM struggles with service time this is not a Rivian specific thing. It took a whole month for my f150 to find a service location that would take my truck for repairs (all others declined straight stating being full and cannot take more jobs) then it took them 4 months(!)...

Just a quick update. I 've got a call from SC and they indeed need to replace the rear drive unit. They have already ordered the unit and planned to be a quick job, might get my T back in a week (would be quicker if it wouldn't be holiday Thanksgiving) So far I am 100% satisfied how this issue...

When you have many unrelated errors coming suddenly out of the blue then some go away the same way that is a usual sign of either harness wear or connection problem at an ECU. Most probably can only be figured it out at the SC.

It works the same for me! Or I believe that is how it worked for me. Can not tell as my T broke after 10 days of usage but if my memories serves well it was the same. All of my other cars I used 68F "to be gentle on the A/C system" and this is the first car I need to set 71F to get warm air...

My rant about AC is that why does it need to switch back and forth between cool and warm A/C I do not get it. Whenever I set it to warm the cabin up, it blows warm air until it reaches the temp then it start to blow cool air... Never had a car like that before. It should simply stop blowing...
