I'd just really like a 70mph range test to get a better idea as to how these will perform on the highway.
I'd be surprised if you got over 250 miles of range at 70mph with AT tires. 85% of the highway EPA rating (293) is 249 miles.

Wouldn't surprise me either. But it's all an educated guess at the moment.

I was all in on Forest Green and then I saw this...
I like it in black but I've told myself that I will never again buy another black car. I know its said all the time, but black cars are so frustrating to take care of. They show every imperfection and piece of dirt/grime. I will miss my GX when it gets replaced by my R1T, but I will absolutely not miss its black paint.

I’ve like the 20” wheels since day one but it seems odd that every truck seems to have them.

Like they've said all along, configuration would be a major determining factor in build order. So far, they have prioritized 20" wheels with the off road package. Interior and exterior color don't seem to matter.

Sadly, until someone adds charging infrastructure to 1-80 in Wyoming, these will be only Rivians you'll see on this stretch. The same holds true for all other CCS-based EV's. Tesla has SC's in Evanston, Rock Springs, and Rawlins.

Come on, RAN!!! Beat the ElectrifyAmerica folks to the punch!

All these trucks transporting vehicles with out car covers is pretty interesting. Even if employee vehicles I'm sure they don't want something with paint defects...

Yeah, I've been trying to remember what I usually see. I wonder if Rivian is betting its less expensive to do touch ups as needed rather than wrapping them?

Or maybe they don't want to waste plastic?

Launch editions ovwrwhelmingly going for the free upgrade? And maybe the 21s are stuck on a boat? Lol.

Or they’re just media or test drive vehicles. ?‍♂
