The acceleration of all of these EVs is ridiculous (in a straight line) and not a core factor for a normal person commuting. I care more about how that speed is managed through the pedal and how it feels. My Polestar has been very, very nice, and when I drove the R2 I got a similar linear feeling that wouldn't make my passengers vomit. I'm hoping the iX3 feels similar once it gets here - I don't need a rocket, I want a car I enjoy the feeling in and that my passengers find comfortable to ride in.Besides charging and range performance, the R2 is much much much faster than the iX3. Also, why doesnt the iX3 have ventilated seats? Weird.
Now the ventilated seats, I'm with you there all day every day - WTF BMW?
