  1. Inyokern RAN network still there?

Thanks for posts everyone - I saw them and came to inyokern. I confirm the chargers are here and operating. To be sure my navigation did not show them on the map even when I got here. Somehow when I plugged in they then showed up on the nav system. Go figure…
  2. Inyokern RAN network still there?

Anyone been to the inyokern CA charger in the last few days? Not showing up in my navigation. It’s a bit of a remote area and I do this drive a lot so I’m curious if something happened to the site so I can make alternate plans if it’s somehow gone. I called rivian and the customer support...
  3. Q1 2025 Earnings Report & Shareholder Letter Released

They need to get the R2 out into the public’s hands. Everything else in terms of R1 sales it to get them to that point .
  4. Rivian R1T 30,000 mile review

I have had like 3 phones in the time Ive had the truck and now have an Iphone 16. I dont know what I would recommend to Rivian just that it’s the most annoying feature of the truck for me on most days. My Tesla just handles it better somehow…
  5. Rivian R1T 30,000 mile review

Review of Rivian R1T Quad Motor I received my 2023 Quad Motor Forest Green R1T with the Adventure Package in May 2023, so I’ve had it for nearly two years. Current Mileage: 33,000 miles Tires: 20-inch stock All-Terrain / 20-inch Nokian Hakkapeliitta Winter Tires (swapped seasonally) Why I...
  6. No Longer Wish to Use Tesla Supercharger Network

i don’t use tesla charging unless it’s my last option. i actually have my model 3 still along with my R1T but am looking to trade it in for a polestar or other EV. i like having a small car for the city and just charge it at home. My real love is the Tesla. We all get choices how to spend...
  7. Rivian now charging $.68 per kwh

Rivian should charge what is necessary to not make charging a coaster center. For the entire business to be sustainable they must get profitable ASAP. The market is pricing very high odds that they default in the next 5 years and this is a brand I’d love to see exist long into the future. I...
  8. Snow Mode fail - costly result

I swap my all season tires out and put on winter tires when snow comes in the Eastern Sierras. The all season tires don’t cut it either the weight of an electric truck in snow. This is different than ICE trucks where all seasons were totally fine for me even in very heavy snow. I do agree we...
  9. No Longer Wish to Use Tesla Supercharger Network

Personally I won’t use Tesla charger unless it’s last resort. I still have a Tesla model 3 along with my R1T but I use the Rivian for road trips and have never needed to use the supercharger network. More competition is better and I’ll gladly use the Rivian network even when it’s more than a...
  10. Gear Shifting

I don’t really bother letting the truck come to a complete stop myself :
  11. Annoying that Rivian and other EV makers are treated as a big bunch

Why does it matter? Many investors lump sectors and subsectors together so grouping all ev makers makes a lot of sense. That creates opportunities for investors who differentiate but it’s a completely normal phenomenon.
