Did you do a reset after the update? IVe found a reset after an update is a good thing, as when I don’t do the reset things don’t work as expected. Has happened more then once.
since the last update, my R1T thinks its on the next street over (nav shows this) if it sits for a couple of days. Garage door app doesn’t pop up, have to select it from the upper menu bar.
Also unlocking is wacked, I can unlock the truck open the door, be getting in and if my wife walks up on...
coasting is that the car does not slow down due to regen, it's free to roll without any resistance. Think about coasting on a bike. If you coast in a car and are on an incline it should pick up speed. A better way to define it is that coasting in a car is the drive train is disconnected from...
Nope, not at all, in a Tesla or Rivian with one pedal driving you cannot coast. The vehicle starts slowing down due the regen. When there's coasting, the vehicle can roll freely.
not so, at least the way Porsche has implemented things, the brake pads are never touched unless it’s a panic braking situation. Coasting actually can gain more range then regen can recoup.
same thing is happening with us, even I get to the truck first, it will switch two her as she comes up on the passenger side. annoying, didn’t do this before the last update. Hotfix installed last night haven’t tested yet. remote control via the app seems better and no longer timing out.
IF you want the FSD type self driving, then you need to wait for the R2 with the Lidar sensors. The current model will not get an upgrade via software. It would need the hardware.
