Did you read my comment? How is it recirculating cabin air if it is blowing air at 50F from the rear vents after the heat has been going on HI for 20 min? Surely after that amount of time it would be blowing at least lukewarm air!

It's wild that they have to roll out an update to every truck to get this working. why don't they just embed it in a much earlier update and flip a switch to enable it on a certain date? seems bizarre

why do they always wait so long to release it? it's already Mid October. just push the update, for christ's sake

Been having this issue for a while. Thinking about bring it in for this TSB. Has anyone who has gotten this work done (steering wheel replacement) still have the vibration/shake after? Would hate to leave it at the Brooklyn SC for multiple days for it to just not fix this issue.
