Hi, we sold our R1T quite a while ago but I just got around to unmounting the charger and boxing it back up. In great condition and works just as its supposed to. Happy to meet in person in the Chicago area or ship to you at your cost.
Anyone have a guess or info on that silver vehicle in the background over his shoulder? The taillight doesn't look like a regular R1S or even the R2, but is too wide to be the R3x.
Hi all, I went to the show today and can confirm what Hilbe said. It's just the R2 on display through Tuesday the 11th. The R2 will go away and the R3X will come out from Wednesday the 12th through next Sunday.
The weird thing is that the R3X is just in the back somewhere, it's not off at some...
This is something I'll be looking for an update on as well. Both cars could have just been there this week in the leadup to the show for press exposure, so I'm anxious for someone who goes on Saturday or Sunday to report back if they are both still there.
You are not crazy and you should definitely take your new R1S and enjoy it. Spend 15 minutes looking on Plugshare or ABRP and figure out what your charging options are (don't forget to filter by above average rating and charging rate over 52kWh), and you'll be just fine. We've taken our R1T over...
Bump for price drop to $58k OBO. We have an offer from a local ICE dealer for $56k and their planned local listing price is $60k, so we're splitting the difference.
It's a Pelican brand snap-lock waterproof case. It seems like it went with the launch edition trucks, since it has a place for a wristband, but we didn't have one of those included. FWIW, we picked up the truck at the factory in Normal, so that might have had something to do with it.
Hi Everyone,
We're selling Rosie, our awesome R1T. We love the truck but I have an older Tacoma that is hanging in there longer than expected and we just bought an EV6. Alas, we don't have a continued need for a badass truck like this and she needs a new home. We're in Chicago, and we'll drive...
September 2022 delivery so we have had our R1T for more than a year now. The VIN is under 10,000. We've put 30,000 miles on it with a number of road trips and daily driving. We love the truck and would not hesitate to recommend it for a friend or family member to buy. Yes, there have definitely...
I only recognize a few of the names on here but hopefully more pop up! We have about 20k miles on an LA Silver R1T in Forest Park, frequently driving along 290/88 and down around Midway.
Rosie the Rivian is also one of the few non-Tesla EVs available on Turo, if your reservation hasn't come up...
The parking lot expansion is done except for the perimeter fence. This isn't a neighborhood that you want to go without a fence. Pretty soon, though, bring on more Rivians!
@COdogman unfortunately I don't think anyone has cracked the Rivian black box on this. Some trucks appear to be sitting at the factory and some at service centers (based on comments in this thread and personal experience). It is also confusing that some trucks seem to appear in multiple regional...
I haven't seen this before, Rivian is putting labels in the plate area with VINs. Anyone following this with an R1S with VIN 546 or R1Ts 10440 or 11694? If so, congrats!
I just talked with a super nice guy at the SC and he said they're trying to push out 100 PDIs next week so if you're waiting...
