Yeah not sure how many people are cross shopping $100k+ cars vs $40-60k. We are ADDing to our Rivians because my wife wants a new car and doesn't like the size of my R1S. She's trading in her Rav4 hybrid for an R2.

That's the way I see it as well.

They will not be retrofitting cars. Any benefit from the next Gen R2 will be years away.

I have Ocean Coast on my R1S. We have a Sheppard mix dog, and a toddler and it looks brand new after almost 3 years.

Someone on Twitter told me that we're all being paid lol. I simply said I did a first drive of the R2 and it was great. The wheel telescopes. You just didn't do it right.

We just got back and I'm beyond impressed. The fit and finish is excellent. It's much quieter than our R1S and way smoother. My wife immediately felt more comfortable driving it. The R1S just feels too big for her. My only complaint is regarding the haptic wheels. They need a lot of work. The...

I'm in a Gen1 R1S so I'm not even really up to speed on what the capabilities are as of today on an R2.
