  1. Ohio to Phoenix - EA still the worst CPO

Another touch point ... I just went to Bryce Canyon and Zion for a long weekend from Buckeye AZ. Was hoping to stop at EA in Flagstaff as it was most convenient and cheaper since I still had the pricing plan, but 2 stations down and 2 full on both the way up and back, so used the Rivian RAN...
  2. Ohio to Phoenix - EA still the worst CPO

It sure did. But arrived really late at low state of charge and left really early, so only charged up to about 70%, but that was great.
  3. Ohio to Phoenix - EA still the worst CPO

Just recently completed a road trip from Ohio to Phoenix. Overall, plenty of charging options and no real issues at all. Was able to complete it with 1 night stay in hotel which is essentially the same as when I took my ICE vehicle on a the same trip several years ago. One big takeaway...
  4. What’s New in Rivian Software 2025.38 Update (Now Rolling Out)

This is exactly what I am seeing. Checked this morning and still the same.
  5. What’s New in Rivian Software 2025.38 Update (Now Rolling Out)

Okay, just restarted infotainment and it did not fix it. I then did a whole car restart and still did not fix. Do you have a Gen 1 or Gen 2. I have Gen 1's. Maybe this update is for Gen 2 only?
  6. What’s New in Rivian Software 2025.38 Update (Now Rolling Out)

No I did not but it obviously restarted after the update. I will try that and see if it is fixed.
  7. What’s New in Rivian Software 2025.38 Update (Now Rolling Out)

I received this today and while the Ionna filter is there, Ionna Chargers are not showing on the map yet. Also, EA charger status is not showing up either, they still say “unavailable” as status. Perhaps Rivian still needs to enable it, but you would think that would have been done prior to...
  8. Many Missing Prime Charging Stations in NAV

Yep your are correct, the Pilot FJ chargers used to show up. Not sure if it is due to the Google Maps update or if they disappeared sometime after the update. Ionna has never showed up. Not sure about Apple Green.
  9. Many Missing Prime Charging Stations in NAV

Nope, not in this route (I70/I76 though OH/PA). All filters are set correctly and no network preferences. Even if I select EVGO as the only preferred network, the Pilot Flying J locations do not show up. There is one in Eaton OH, London OH, Millersport OH, Belmont OH, and Smithton PA that do...
  10. Many Missing Prime Charging Stations in NAV

Thanks for the tip on sharing from google maps. I have done that on occasion, but I am so comfortable traveling now that I really do not pre-plan. Just go and figure it out on the way. That is where having everything in the native Nav app is important. We are at a point now that we should...
  11. Many Missing Prime Charging Stations in NAV

Sorry if this is already discussed. I did a quick search and could only find reference to Ionna missing from the Nav app. I just completed a quick road trip from Dayton OH to Philadelphia and back. The Nav does not show Ionna (already discussed here), but it is also missing Pilot Flying J and...
  12. NACS DC Tesla Adapter News Update: Timetable, Priority, Gear Shop Availability

Me too! I own both R1T 03/2022 and R1S 08/2023 and have talked to CS 5 times and SC once and they don't even try to help. Just say they have no access to that information and be patient and to look for my delivery address confirmation email. It is infuriating. I suspect that the date is...
  13. NACS DC Tesla Adapter News Update: Timetable, Priority, Gear Shop Availability

True, I am 03/2022 delivery and someone buying today will get their adapter before me and I have 2 Rivian’s with the second one 08/2023 delivery. Rivian has no answer for me on why I appear to have been skipped. The folks I am talking to say they have no access to the adapter delivery process...
  14. Next Batch of NACS Adapters Shipping to Rivian Owners!

Good idea, but not there either. I suspect it may be by VIN and not delivery date. My VIN is unusually high for a 03/2022 delivery at 42xx. I asked them at the time why it was so high compared to others delivered about the same time and really did not get a good explanation. Again, No big...
  15. Next Batch of NACS Adapters Shipping to Rivian Owners!

Interesting ... I am 03/2022 delivery, and I did not receive an email ... nothing here. Seems like a lot of folks after me have received their delivery notice. Not a huge deal as I have an A2Z one that I have been using, but it just seems strange that I have been skipped over apparently.
