Is Rivian always so slow to push out the updates? I started seeing people getting them a week ago yet I don’t have it yet

I woke up this morning to the same issue. It happened to me about a week ago and I had to call service to set my phone back up. I could remove the key from the app but it wouldn’t remove from the truck. has anyone got their phone set back up without calling service?
