I am sure this person is very accomplished and serious. As a consumer, I am done with promises, projections, future OTA features. I will pay for what is functional at point of sale and hope I do not wind up with yet another subscription fee.

$400,000,000.00 is not really a "big" number for the U.S. Department of State for Armored Vehicles. The fact the line item shows "Armored EV''s" is noteworthy as well as the likelihood Tesla might supply them. GM would actually make more sense as they have larger EV's capable of higher payloads...
I wonder if these might be CyberTrucks or perhaps a mixture of Elmo's finest vehicles, as provided by his robotics company?
