$400,000,000.00 is not really a "big" number for the U.S. Department of State for Armored Vehicles. The fact the line item shows "Armored EV''s" is noteworthy as well as the likelihood Tesla might supply them. GM would actually make more sense as they have larger EV's capable of higher payloads...

The Grizzl-E 40a units seem to be going for around $250 used on FB Marketplace at the moment; pretty good deals.
