I’ve gotten 231 from a Rivian new V1.5 dispenser in Bow new hampshire with NACS connectors. Reached a max charging speed of 231 for a few seconds.

70% ceramic everywhere but roof. works great to reduce heat from sun.

Nice - we tend not to speed but nice to have the alerts on accidents and police anyway. Having our annual drive from Vermont to southern Utah over labor day so this will be helpful if it arrives before we leave.

It is the standard license plate holder installed by rivian service. Let me know if you want a closeup photo of that. We had LA silver on our R1S and R1T and it takes a bit of getting use to the darker color. I think Esker Silver will be a very nice intermediate option but I didn’t want to wait...

You could be right - I was just assuming it based on the label and what Tom said on state of charge re the CCS charger (label below) he used in his 10-80% R2 charging video. He said he used the CCS since it did 600 amps for short periods of time and he ended up melting pin on his adapter.

Yeah it is true is doesn’t lock. I read that the actual charging handle locks when the car is locked. Is there a reason why locking the door is useful? We’ve had a bmw i3 since 2014 and it doesn’t lock either so I guess we are used to that and haven’t had any issues.

This one was rated @ 650 amps according to the label on the side of the charger.
