Thanks Dean, I made a jig for the Dremel to cut the slits and added HVAC Foil tape for extra protection. I want to keep as much of the road grime off the car as much possible especially during winter months with brine.

Great Work Dean, Can you tell me the dimensions between the slots on the plastic panels? I am planning to cut the panels on my table saw as well.
