Total cost of ownership is arguably lower keeping an EV vs trading it in for a vehicle with a hybrid drivetrain made by Fiat-Chrysler. Jeeps are fun if you take them off-road and modify them. Our other vehicle is a Bronco, so I get it. A jeep is still not worth $71K.

Just moved from Las Vegas to DC area, the service issues are regional but real. 3 month wait for appointments and 2+ weeks to get your vehicle back afterwards for routine services and fixes. It will be the downfall of Rivian if they don’t fix it quickly.

I actually did… my wife drove the vehicle across town and drained it to 80% and didn’t tell me until it was too late. Thought 85% would get me there based on numbers the range estimator showed. Clearly I was wrong and had false sense of confidence based on range I got going to Zion.
