So, this worked. I asked Alexa to navigate to a location. Voice prompts resumed. I cancelled that solution and typed in an address. Voice prompts worked. I’ve made multiple trips and nav prompts continue to work.

Rivian tech support also confirmed that the GFCI was redundant and needed to be replaced with a standard breaker. Apparently Rivian chargers have a built in GFCI component and Tesla do not. Code requires on in the circuit. This was the first Rivian charger installed by the company that did...

Yes, despite my urge to do it myself, I laid out the cash for a licensed pro. 60 A GFCI breaker, 4g Al wire from breaker to the interrupt, external interrupt with 6g Cu to the charger. They will certainly stand by their work and I can call them to check the circuit. Thanks for weighing in.
