I'd consider shipping but it would be very expensive -- probably around $100 as a custom box would be required. (UPS would probably do a box and ship.)
Same thing happened to me with the same reason for adjustment. I protested online, resent same information I provided initially, and added a picture of the door jam tag. It was approved.
No idea why it was initially rejected.
Selling because we traded for a new R1T that has the powered cover. The WeatherTech cover is very sturdy and installs easily to the factory rails.
I think it's a fair price at $500 but will entertain offers.
Again, I'll meet the buyer at a mutually-convenient location.
This echos my experience -- tried Camp, Service, and Transport modes as well as the turning off BT and closing the app -- still get about 1% drain/day. I've given up and accept the loss. (I charge 99% of the time at home off solar so there's no financial impact, for me, to the vampire drain.)
Note: The Service mode and Shipping mode are separate modes. The Shipping Mode definitely shuts off Gear Guard. Here's a snippet from the Owner's Manual (page 439 in the current version of the manual):

Some updates... All of the following are based on parking our R1T for 10 days.
Vampire Loss:
Locked but no setting changes (Gear Guard, etc. "on"): ~1% loss/day
Locked and in Camping Mode: ~0.7% loss/day
Locked and in both Service and Shipping modes: ~0.4% loss/day
So, in my case, I'll turn...
Like many owners who have posted, I see approximately phantom drain of 0.8%/day. Shutting off Gear Guard, Bluetooth on my phone, and using Camp Mode doesn't change the battery drain.
Has anyone tried putting the vehicle into Service Mode or Shipping Mode to see if that reduces the battery...
