I agree, it seems unlikely, but it makes sense that the increased speed may be noticeably higher than 12amp to 16amp would suggest.

Probably the correct thread, but slightly different query. I do not have level 2 charging at my ski house in Steamboat. When I drive my R1S, I am always surprised at how many miles (20+, depending on how long) I can add overnight using my Rivian kit with the L1 plug. My garage outlet is a 20amp...

I agree about the charge port...it is slightly awkward.

The frunk holds my golf clubs perfectly. So even if I only golf 2-3 times a week, it is the perfect place to keep them. BTW, it holds 2 sets when needed.

I have the white interior in my 3-year-old R1, I do not baby it, and it still looks great. I think light interiors are easier to clean.

Right now, 800v gets you absolutely no time savings at 90% of charging stops, and R2 will charge faster than Volvo's best. Two years from now, pretty much the same--maybe 80%.

FM has a useful radius of 75ish miles. If you have plenty of FM station access, maybe you are not adventuring.

Looks like they have edges to trap sand, mud, snow, and water.
