  1. R1T Bed Camper Options: Consolidated List

In between queen and king-sized bed. Not quite a King. Still very comfy. ~68ish inches wide. I have the Hest Dually Custom S75 mattress in there now, fits really well and I sleep like a baby. I get an efficiency average of 1.75 mi/kwh with 20-inch AT tires. I was working on putting a fairing...
  2. Key fob use bluetooth

Anyone know if the key fob uses Bluetooth? My work place prohibits Bluetooth electronics.
  3. Rivian R1T with a camper spotted….

Not mine either. Don’t think Tune has built any other Rivian campers yet. Looks like an Oru but I’m not sure.
  4. Tune Outdoor Camper M1 Build

Oh yeah I have no issue with that. How does driver+ relate to the antenna though?
  5. Tune Outdoor Camper M1 Build

Yes! I don’t really know why EV sportline made this mat but it’s perfect for my use.
  6. Letter to Rivian: Please Open R3/R3X Reservations

Turning my R1 into a camper means I can’t drive like a looney anymore (or else everything falls in the back). I would do bad things in an R3X… I want it.
  7. Tune Outdoor Camper M1 Build

I’ve been driving this all around mountain passes in CO with no issue to reception or GPS. I also hate not playing music while driving so Spotify is always running. I think the fact that I can connect starlink through the FRP (also honeycomb) materials shows how little it interferes with RF...
  8. Tune Outdoor Camper M1 Build

None. This was answered before on this thread. The floor, ceiling, and back panel (behind the cab) are made of fiber reinforced plastic. It has no impact on signal. I run a starlink through the ceiling panel too.
  9. Tune Outdoor Camper M1 Build

Installed v1 of a fairing by CO Fairing Company. We didn’t go tall enough with it, causing some noise, so they’re sending a new one. So seeing an initial improvement in range at highway speeds. At 75+ was getting 1.3ish. Now back up to 1.75ish. Will post more info on the fairing when v2 is...
  10. Electric Water Heater - Shower options / recommendations?

I have a build going for my Tune camper. Looking to see if people have developed systems for electric hot water heaters to shower/dishes. Lots of camping showers on the market use propane which may end up being my system. I’ve used roadshower before and liked it but I’m not sure it’ll work on...
  11. Tune Outdoor Camper M1 Build

the windows do open up to bug net. Right now I have vinyl inserts for winter. I think they may be offering an upgraded maxx fan soon. It’s available as an accessory on their site.
  12. Tune Outdoor Camper M1 Build

there’s not a ton of room if you have the bed extension. Moisture inside a pop up camper can be such a challenge I would rather just use an outdoors shower in the summer and pay to use showers at planet fitness, rec centers, ect in the winter. If you’re shorter than 5’8 ish sleeping east west...
