I bring it up every time I go in for other services. I got new front half-shafts in July of 24. The truck was perfect for about 2 months after. It improved my opinion and enjoyment of driving the truck when it ran quietly. Now, a year later, it's back. I just submitted another ticket with a...
Literally, everyone I know who got their truck around the time I got mine has had theirs for months. It's so frustrating because SOMEWHERE a company is tracking this distribution but no one at Rivian seems to know who that is.
Got my truck in May of 2022. 6XXX vin. I never got the "confirm you want one" email. A few weeks after that rollout I started Rivian chats where they "opted me in." Did this a 3 times a few months apart, and even once I got an email from the CS person confirming that they opted me in and I'd get...
I'm at 33k on the originals and I have no idea how. Not quite to the wear bars yet, but I'll be replacing in the next month or so. Only rotated twice. I know...don't yell at me. I was holding out for a second tire choice, and I'm pumped the Michelins are available now.
Chat just confirmed that I wasn't on the opt-in list (for the second time) and confirmed that I was NOW opt-ed in (for the third time). This is the last one before I start getting mad. Downloaded my chat logs this time.
I just got off the line with Chat. They can't do anything about wheels only and to check with the service center. I'm in for service right now, so I'll ask what they can do for me.
This is very frustrating, and I greatly regret getting the 21" wheels at this point. I'll be pushing Rivian to sell me wheels only in 20" at a reasonable price.
WTF? I'm May 2022 and number 67XX. Never even received the opt-in emails, and I've chatted with support who say I'm "confirmed" I have a feeling I'm getting fed a load of BS.
