Received a phone call and text from Rivian Service Support notifying me of a āService Campaignā for hub bolts needing to be fastened and torqued. I called back, and the national line told me that my local service center would be reaching out to schedule me since my local (Mpls) center handles their own scheduling. I did get a call today from them and I couldn't pick up, but they auto scheduled me to the next available mobile service appointment (March 26th).
Just sharing in case anyone else finds this information useful. Iām fine so far with how they seem to be handling this. they did mention that the vehicle remains safe to drive, so not to worry.
