I'm new to this group. I hope I am not asking something that has already been answered. I live in Boulder, where I've seen many Rivians. I'm scheduled for delivery the 4th quarter. I am not clear on the sales tax rate when purchasing an R1S. Looks like is around 9%, is that correct?

I live in Steamboat and paid about 8.6%. License plate fees another $1750. Rivian will identify taxes on the purchase summary

Getting her ready for a 1000 mile adventure out west for some beach visits. So far I'm impressed with the route planning the ABRP is suggesting. I'll report how it all goes along the way. Lets keep growing this great Colorado group.

Hello! Does anyone have a place they would recommend putting some PPF and vinyl decals on in the Denver/Boulder area?

RM Window Tint on broadway in Littleton quoted approximately $800 for PPF and front window tint on an R1S

I used Sigma Kore too. Also took it back for @AO_Pete blacked out badging. Shae isn’t the shop manager anymore, but they’re definitely located and known because they do so much of the Broncos players cars.

Denver Auto Shield. Hands down the best experience I’ve had from initial rations, through booking, drop-off, and pick-up. PPF and service was exceptional.

Does your R1S fit in your garage? Hello anyone in the Littleton area that would be willing to come by my home with their R1S to ensure that it will fit in my garage?

thank you for the input if the tape doesn't lie, I should have about 30" left in front of the S, high is fine, and the width I'll have to fold the mirrors in. My wife has an outback so theoretically we should be fine, we'll find our real soon

@DBL-R 30" is more than plenty of space. You should be fine given your Subaru is already 191" long and Rivian R1S is only 10" more than that.

Hey my family and I are taking a rare road trip with our R1S in a month and are looking to rent (with collateral) a pair of crossbars and surfboard mounts for 3 weeks... Anyone on the front range want to make some income? They are just way too expensive to justify purchasing!

When are you going actual dates wise? You can use mine and SUP racks most likely.
