Are there any confirmed deliveries without the off road package? Just wondering what would happen to my march/April date if I removed it.

They gave me a March-April 2022 date for my R1S LE without the Off-Road Upgrade

I'm a Nov 29, 2018 R1S LE pre-order in the Chicago area who received a March-April 2022 delivery estimate. Current configuration is R1S LE / Launch Green / Ocean Coast / 22” Sport Bright Wheels (w/Compact Spare, Cargo Crossbars, Wall Charger, and All-Weather Floor Mats). No Off-Road Upgrade currently, although I'm vacillating on that.

Interesting. I'm 4 days later, R1S LE, LG/FE, 22" Sport Bright wheels. No spare, +crossbars, no charger (I already have one), +floor mats, no off-road upgrade. And I'm May-June, 2 months later. Is that due to location because you're in Chicago and I'm in Atlanta? Or is it something with the FE interior?

Yes. I have a R1T LE with no off road package with an April/May date. Preordered Oct 2019.

You get a one month delay each for not getting the spare and charger.

Kidding aside, it may be the combo of location and FE.

My understanding is that delivery windows have only been provided for LEs. Others will come by EOY.

Nope. Rivian’s email stated that non-LE people will get a delivery window before the end of this year. So we just need to wait a bit longer.

I’m really glad they put that statement in the email. In January, I have to make a decision on a Rivian or F150 Lightning. Of course there is the Chevy and GMC EV trucks being announced at CES in early January, but I kinda doubt I’ll be waiting that long.

Ahh gotcha, good to know. Thanks y’all! Yeah, I would really like to see a 2022 delivery window. If not, I may cross shop into another ICE vehicle for the time being. The raptor is cool, but it’s so big. I’d rather have something like a Ranger Raptor, but that’s surely on a 2023 timeframe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

R1T July-Sept for northern NH with Nov 2020 pre-order. Would have loved sooner but I feel like, for a later order than lots of other members and a very rural location, it isn't bad. I know I've seen at least one VTer here, wondering how big an impact location does have.
