So pretty eventful weekend and somewhat hilarious. I am at my track day with my Alfa and its been 5 years I have been attending events doing really well with out any mechanical issues that would leave me "stranded" so to speak.

Yesterday it was about 95F with massive humidity and we were doing timed laps (1x at a time) and after the 4th lap my Alfa dies in the middle. We have a known issue about Fuel Pump so I am assuming its that, later I find out it is related to heat so the car cools down and is good to go again,.

During one of my laps I break down (2x of the day) and I pull off the race line into the grass to make sure I don't impede any traffic behind me and I think to my self, man if I had a BEV I wouldn't have any of these fuel pump issues, sure the cells probably dont like getting super hot but BMS could easily handle track day temps I would hope.

Then like a Commercial, a Tesla passes me as I am broken down in the grass.

Anywhose pretty funny. I did end up beating the Tesla and coming in 6/72 people and 1st in my class as I set my hot laps before the car overheated but just too funny not to share.

I've been getting into mezcal quite a bit after never quite getting hooked on whisky/scotch - what a rabbit hole! I think it's worth looking into, though the price points are certainly a bit higher for a variety of reasons. The spectrum of flavors is quite broad compared to what I've seen in other spirits.
One of my favorite spots in Mexico City is an all-mezcal bar with mezcal on-tap. They serve your order in little bottles with a plate of oranges/salt. Hope they survived COVID.

Wanted to show you what Pisces sport fishing caught yesterday for the Bisbee’s tourney that netted the team $790k. My team has chartered with Pisces several times now and they have some great captains if you find yourself in Cabo.

Do I note that you subconsciously shot the pic from the side to make those mirrors look as oblong and similar as possible to some new, yet familiar headlights? (=0====0=)
?

Also, did you intentionally or subconsciously replicate the light bar/charging indicator just above the mirrors? Regardless, it looks great!

Now, if we could just get running water in our frunks, that would be a nice addition!

Honestly if you didn't tell me about the mirrors and the lights I wouldn't have even noticed ?. Thank you! It took a month but almost done. Funny enough our accent wall in the Master Bedroom is Launch Green (Same Color) because it goes so well with everything. I call it the modern camouflage.

Not until the very last scene of The Expanse series finale did I notice Naomi's Rivian tattoo.
