Did I read this right? Pre-orders to begin near Thanksgiving?

Any guesses on what paint colors will be first for non-LE? My initial thought was that it would be the most popular (i.e. silver, white, el cap) but the more I thought about it I am wondering if the ones that are more expensive and might stand out more on the road (i.e. Rivian blue, compass yellow) might be first.

It will likely be popular colors first. Automotive assembly line production schedules are generally scheduled around the paint booth where they bulk process cars of the same color to prevent having to purge the booth frequently and blow thru pricey paint for nothing. If they’re fulfilling orders based on most ordered colors/configs/options it’s likely that popular colors (white, black, silver) go first. Just a guess though

Oh no, I think you are correct. This means Washington State is going to be among the last due to the dealer franchise laws. I might have to start shopping for the F 150 again!

I'm not so sure of that. With one of their largest investors located in Seattle, I have to assume they'll have a massive service center presence here. Not to mention Jeff B should be #1 on the LE delivery list

I'm hoping the Amazon nexus here helps us secure an early place in the delivery line.

I think geographically CA being at or near the top of the list is a no brainer...selfishly I am hoping the DMV has enough orders to be in the top 5 locations. We definitely aren’t a Mecca of outdoorsy types. Clearly large population centers will play a part for shipping efficiency

How many LE are there believed to be?

I am anxious to see the launch green. I am not a green fan but if it results in a closer delivery date I’ll see if I can live with it. Kind of cool to have a limited launch color I guess. So not sure.
