Nice try!I think the only way to find out is for everyone to cancel their LE orders and then I will let you know if my LE moves up in the queue or not.

Rivain is stating that all LEs will be delivered in 2021 with Max Pack availability in 2022. Essentially what they mean by "priority delivery" for the LE - it has priority over other configurations. In theory, none will get a non-LE until all LE orders are filled. So will every R1T LE be delivered before the first R1T Max gets delivered?
If an LE order # is in the 50,XXX range that seems it would ship next year at the very earliest because f production constraints. If an early Max order # goes out in Jan 2022 that would be much sooner than the 50,XXX LE??
If production estimates are at 800/week I guess there may not have been more than 15-20K LE's ordered if they've promised to deliver them all this year?? (800/week x 26 weeks = 20800 )Rivain is stating that all LEs will be delivered in 2021 with Max Pack availability in 2022. The total # of launch editions is confidential, however it is estimated to be somewhere in the ball park or 12,000. Not to be confused with order numbers, which have some formatting quirks, or total # of reservation deposits which is possible 50,000 by now... roughly. So will every R1T LE be delivered before the first R1T Max gets delivered?

I sincerely doubt Rivian has committed to 50k LE builds. I was thinking more like 10k.So will every R1T LE be delivered before the first R1T Max gets delivered?

I have no idea as to the number of LE vehicles to be produced but one could have a preorder number of 50000 and still have reserved an LE. Some early preorder holders may not have wanted an LE for some reason (battery pack, roof options, etc...) or didn't put their reservation in prior to the LE orders being cut off. In that scenario, a much later preorder holder would get a vehicle before the earliest preorder holdersI sincerely doubt Rivian has committed to 50k LE builds. I was thinking more like 10k.
Not necessarily. My order number is in the 40,000's for an order placed 1/19/2020. I sure hope I receive delivery before end of year. They will need to produce more than 10K units to get my order out this year.
I don't believe they will deliver 40k LE's. That said, if you ordered an LE, Rivian has stated that they plan to deliver all LE's this year. Note that there were a number of jumps in the preorder numbering system prior to August 2020. I dont recall the details but they are documented in other threads. Also, if your # is 40,000 and 25% of people dont follow thru then you are at 30k. if 50% go with the other options of max pack, adventure package, explore package, then you are at 15k. The numbers I used are just a representation to demonstrate the effects of configuration choices and not based on any real data regarding actual configurations. My order number is in the 40,000's for an order placed 1/19/2020. Note that your order number in the 40k range does not indicate that were 40k orders before you. The numbers started at 1k and had (as I recall) a 5k jump between certain dates (2019) and then a 20k (2020) jump before they were randomized in August of 2020. I preordered in Feb, 2019 (#8XXX), but ultimately decided against ordering a LE vehicle. Ended up picking up a 2020 Model Y to try out the EV life and feel like I can wait just a little bit for a non-LE R1S. I’ve also had a few ‘early’ production vehicles (within the first 5-15k, at least by VIN) and each one has had a few little quirks that were fixed pretty quickly on later VIN’s.Some early preorder holders may not have wanted an LE for some reason (battery pack, roof options, etc...)
And I'll probably get mine shortly after you get yours.I suspect I'll get mine in the late fall. ?
