It bugs me as well. I've noticed this on other test vehicles also so it's not just this one.I hope it’s just a pretty-production growing pain, but the fit of the recharging door looks awful - not aligned properly and looking like it’s the kind of thing that would get worse over years.
They are still built by hand. Hopefully production vehicles and the robots will fix thatThe gap around the gear tunnel door seems pretty uneven as well. (Large gap at the top, tighter gaps at the hinge point.)
Hopefully these are just pre-production hiccups.
