How to order a new FOB

I lost my key chain fob, it doesn't lock tight and keep falling of my belt loop. A week ago I lost it for good. Just can't find it anywhere. How do you order an other. Support and my guide won't email me back so far this week. Also I never got a wrist band with my truck, did any one else? If not how do we order one?

I'm going to assume you need to wait until you talk with your guide or CS, there's not going to be an aftermarket fob alternative at this point.

For the wristband, did you buy a Launch Edition? The wristbands only come with LEs, otherwise you can order them from the gear page.

I also didn't get a wrist band but I was told it will come later. Just fyi.
Not sure how to order a new fob, but I am going to be more careful with the one I have. I agree the spring hook is not as secure as it should be.

I looked on the Gear Shop pages... no FOB or Key Cards, or Wristbands available?

That's pretty ridiculous.. no way to get extra "keys" for your vehicle? People do lose/misplace things occasionally. I guess JR's kids never lost his keys on him.....

Per third party info...wristbands will be available after the August(est?) major app update as that will include the ability for an owner to assign the key to the truck manually, instead of Rivian having to do it on the back end for each owner, for each wristband, etc.

Sounded like some significant app updates and added features should be coming!

As far as a replacement FOB goes, call Customer Support...you will get a human, they will get some urgency on your request/need and ping the Guide if necessary to follow-up. On a very low priority item, I got a guide email reply after 4 business days. Another option would be to schedule a call with your guide, in one of the Calendly emails from my guide there is a link to see their schedule and book a phone call. That worked last time I needed to talk with my guide, he called at the scheduled time.

It was never there.
Yeah, my bad. I remembered it being on there, but what it actually was was Rivian saying they'd be available on the gear page when they announced that only LEs get them. Looking at the post above, I guess Augustish is the magic month.

My guide help connect me to service today, they just said I'm still in the que and they would look into why it is taking so long.
