It does not. For L1 with the 5-15P adapter it is limited to 12A (1440W). Were they to make a 5-20P adapter that would limit to 16A (1920W). But the adapter in question has the TT-30 plug on one side and a 14-50R receptacle on the other into which you plug the Rivian 14-50 dongle thus programming the EVSE for 32 A. The 30A breaker at the camp ground will handle this for some time but will eventually trip and it is not kosher to operate in this way, You must reduce the charging draw to 24A,Please report back if the Rivian accepts 24amp pilot on L1 charging.
That may or may not be the case AFAIK. The similar (UMC) product from Tesla will and I would expect the rivian product to do so as well but I cannot state that it does.You will need to also buy a EVSE (the Rivian one won't do > 12 amp @ 120v).
